Started business by Kubota Bussan Co.,Ltd. In Takamatsu city.

 

Mr.Sizuo HIRAO became managing director.

 

Wholesaling grain & flower materials mainly to food manufacturers.

 

1970

Started wholesaling own brand dried noodles to Tokyo area mainly.

 

1971

Moved head office to current address.

 

1981

Mr.Joshin SATO became managing director.

 

1988

Opened self udon restaurant as antenna shop in Sakaide city.

 

Started restaurant guidance to the users who aim to open own restaurant.

 

Mr.Morihisa MINO became managing director.

 

 

2000

Started new Div. Overseas(Export to Europe)

 

2002

Started to deal all kinds of Japanese food stuffs.

 

2006

Mr.Yozo MINO became managing director.

 

Started to export for Asian market.

2010

Enforced restaurant’s items for exporting.

 

2016 ～2017

We are exporting all kinds of Japanese food stuffs around over 2,000 items to Europe

(Germany, UK, Switzerland, Holland, France, Denmark, Poland, Austria, etc.)

 

Established “Japan Noodles Institute Europe” which is professional team of noodle restaurant business.
